Step outside and you’re just moments from boutiques, cafés, restaurants and bars, with the beach only a short walk away. Brighton at your doorstep Welcome to your stylish home in the heart of Brighton’s South Lanes. Recently refurbished throughout, this beautifully presented apartment is situated directly opposite Brighton Town Hall, putting you right in the middle of everything that makes Brighton so special. Set on the 2nd floor of a beautiful building, the apartment benefits from a lift and wonderful views across to the Town Hall. It’s a comfortable place to relax while being just moments from the energy of the Lanes. The Bedroom The bedroom has been designed with comfort in mind, featuring a luxurious super king-size bed or 2 single beds to help you enjoy a restful night. There’s plenty of storage in the large mirrored wardrobe. A cot can be provided on request for little ones, and the bedroom enjoys lovely views onto the street of Brighton Lanes. The Living Space Bright, comfortable and stylish, the living room is a lovely spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for couples, friends or small families. Large windows look out towards the Lanes and the Town Hall, giving you a fantastic glimpse of the lively Brighton atmosphere below. The Kitchen The sleek, newly fitted kitchen has everything you’ll need for preparing breakfast, a quick lunch or a relaxed meal at home, including an oven, hob, microwave and coffee machine. That said, with so many fantastic restaurants practically on the doorstep, cooking may not be high on your agenda! Eating & Drinking You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to food and drink. Within just a few minutes’ walk are some of Brighton’s much-loved restaurants, including Donatello, Ivy Asia, Embers, Riddle & Finns, 64 Degrees, Burnt Orange, The Coal Shed, Mowgli, Indian Summer, The Permit Room, The Chilli Pickle, Terre à Terre and Food for Friends. Whether you fancy a special dinner, casual lunch, cocktails or a great coffee, there’s something for every taste nearby. The Location The South Lanes are right outside your door, with their maze of charming streets, independent shops, jewellers, galleries, cafés, restaurants and bars. The South Lanes are a shopper’s paradise, with an eclectic mix of independent boutiques, designer names, jewellers, vintage finds and unique gift shops. Wander through the winding streets and discover everything from stylish fashion at Peggs & Son and Betty and the Brands to beautiful jewellery, antiques and quirky gifts. Step outside and you’re immediately amongst the best of Brighton — restaurants, shops, nightlife, the beach and iconic attractions are all within easy reach. Parking There are several multi-storey car parks within a short walk of the apartment, making parking convenient for guests arriving by car. Alternatively, you can use the JustPark app to find and reserve nearby parking spaces. Arriving via Public Transport If you’re travelling by bus, jump off at Old Steine, which is around a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Brighton train station is approximately a 15-minute walk away, making it easy to arrive by train. A well-behaved dog is very welcome to stay and enjoy Brighton with you. We simply ask that dogs are kept under control and treated with care while in the apartment. A small additional charge of £15 per stay applies for bringing your four-legged friend.
